Communications between Oak Valley and Members will be sent via e-mail or telephone.
Members authorize Oak Valley to debit their credit card up to two weeks prior to the shipment of their selected allocation. Members will be sent an email prior to the debiting of their cards to confirm the order.
Changes to Member shipments; including delivery address, payment details or wine assortment, can be done online in the Members portal.
Complimentary delivery will apply to orders over a minimum value threshold.
Member orders will be shipped after receipt of payment.
Orders will be subject to availability.
Faulty or damaged wine will be replaced and shipped with our compliments.
Cancellation may be done up to two days prior to shipment on the online Member portal.
No refunds once payment is processed and the wine is shipped.
Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, EFT, Zapper and MoMoPay.
Delivery policy
The shipment will be sent via road freight to the delivery address specified on the online Members portal.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day and delivery confirmed by email. The courier tracking number can be provided upon requested. The average delivery time is 3-5 working days.

Return and refunds policy
The provision of wine is subject to availability. If wines are unavailable, clients will be refunded within 14 days or they may adjust their order.
Wines damaged during transit will be replaced and shipped with our compliments.
No refunds once payment is processed and the wine is shipped.

If clients opt in for the Oak Valley newsletter, personal information will be used to inform clients of farm related news, special offers and events.

Oak Valley takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery.
